Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Pass the Floor ("the service"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
Pass the Floor lets you talk with AI models provided by third parties through OpenRouter, alone or together with friends you invite. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or offensive. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions without checking it.
2. Your account
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page; deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
3. Credits and payments
Using AI models costs credits. The price of each reply is the provider's cost multiplied by 2, and the prices per million tokens are shown before you use a model. Whoever calls the AI pays for that reply, including tools it runs. A reply that is stopped, fails, or is regenerated is still charged for what the provider already processed. Credits are bought through Stripe; the total charged includes a payment processing fee shown before you pay. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable except where the law requires.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to harass people, to generate content that sexualises minors, to attack computer systems, or to break the usage policies of the underlying model providers. Do not invite people into chats to abuse them. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Shared chats
Everything written in a shared chat is visible to everyone in it, including messages written before they joined. The owner of a chat decides who may edit messages in it, and may remove people at any time.
6. Changes and availability
The service is provided as is. Models, prices and features may change. We will announce material changes to these terms before they take effect.
